I just turned up at their premises just after 5.15pm with a water leak on my car, i went and told the guy behind the counter who was more than happy to ask me bring in the car so he can get it up on the ramp and diagnose a split in a water pipe, another guy offered me a brew which was welcomed, the mechanic was now lowering the car down and talking to me on what the problem is, we went to the office and he gave me a competitive price to complete the work and would confirm the exact cost in the morning for the correct part. The young lady phoned the next day first thing to tell me the price and when it could be booked in, she was very polite. a few days later i dropped the car off and picked it up in the evening, the manager showed me the broken part from my car and i paid the bill which was very reasonable for what was involved, the car had been washed, hoovered and cleaned. To say the garage was fab would be an understatement they were brilliant. I did not feel i was getting ripped off and the guys were more than happy to help in my time of need. First class and i have just found my new garage who will now service all my vehicles. 5 stars..
